At times you may find yourself wrestling with feelings of powerlessness, unable to change the course of your situation, your behaviors, or even your own thoughts.     It feels like trauma has a hold on you and is impacting every part of your life. You have tried to ignore it, but it keeps resurfacing. Together, we will towards reclaiming your sense of safety, empowerment, and freedom from the past.

    An opportunity to discuss why you want to start therapy and explore the goals you have for yourself. We will discuss what therapy looks like and I will share my approach. This is a time for you to ask any questions and determine if we would be a good fit. 
  3. Schedule your first session.

    At the end of the consultation call we can get your first session scheduled. If we determine that it may not be the best fit, I can provide referrals for other therapists. 
  4. Work together and experience.

    During your first session, I will take the time to get to know you. I will learn about your values, explore your history, and discuss your concerns. In following sessions, we will work together to identify your goals and overcome challenges, guiding you towards meaningful change
